About Yuri
Art is the only way I can communicate.
When I paint, I’m not searching for beauty — I’m trying to survive.
On the canvas, I press unbearable emotions and recurring nightmares.
Each painting begins as an explosion of energy, a raw and spontaneous act.
I don’t plan anything — I let the paint move where it wants, as if it knows better than I do.
It’s a form of therapy, a dialogue with the darkest parts of myself.
My works are rough, direct, unfiltered.
They speak of confusion, rage, fear — but also of the strength it takes to stay alive through them.
Art Brut is my language — wild, honest, and necessary.
